Payment Methods
All payments are processed through our payment gateway Razorpay.com. Mehakmadan.com does not see or retain the details of the payment method used.
Currently we accept the following payment methods.
Domestic:
Domestic Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Maestro
UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
Retail and corporate netbanking of major Indian banks.
Payment Wallets: Airtel Money, Freecharge, Jio Money, Ola MOney, Payzapp, Mobikwik
International:
We process international payment payments through Razorpay. Please check Razorpay's website for available options including all major credit cards.
Shipping
Mehakmadan.com ships internationally via established courier companies. The courier company will vary based on the destination. We will provide a tracking number once your order ships.
Orders are shipped out within 7-10 business days. Items are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
Once shipped, orders take 2-7 business days to be delivered within India. Please allow additional handling time for international orders. Due to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, shipping may take longer.
You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number. Please whitelist info@mehakmadan.com to receive communications from mehakmadan.com in your inbox.
We are now shipping to both domestic and international addresses.

Cancellations and Return Policy
Can I change my order after I have placed the order?
The order can only be changed within 24 hours of placing the order. After which we start the production or shipping process by which point it will not be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before you receive an email confirming your order. The confirmation email signifies that we have started on the production or shipping of the product by which point cancellation would not be possible.
How can I return / exchange an order?
Orders can be returned only if you have received wrong or damaged products.
When you receive your order, inspect the item(s) immediately to ensure you have received the item(s) you have ordered and there is no damage. Please save all original packaging material till you have ensured that you have received the correct items. If the packaging is damaged please contact us immediately. You have 7 days from the delivery of the order to contact us for a return or exchange. Please contact us at info@mehakmadan.com to request a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) code. Products returned without an RMA code will not be accepted or processed for refund.
All items returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides you with a tracking number. The cost of returning the merchandise to us is your responsibility. Mehakmadan.com reserves the right to refuse return or exchange in case of missing packaging.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that we ship to our customers. If your merchandise is damaged in shipping, you must let us know within 7 working days of delivery. A full account credit will be applicable for damaged products. Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour, choice or handwork.
How do I know that you received my returned shipment?
Once we receive the returned shipment, you will be notified via email, following which we will process your refund to your original payment method using Razorpay.com. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
