All payments on Mehakmadan.com are securely processed through Razorpay.com. We do not see or store your payment details.
Domestic Payments:

Net Banking / Bank Transfer – Retail & corporate accounts of major Indian banks
International Payments:
We accept UPI (where available), debit cards, and bank transfers through Razorpay. Please check Razorpay.com for the latest list of supported options.
Shipping
Orders takes 2-3 weeks depending on the outfit ordered & customisation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
Standard domestic shipping takes 2-7 working days (including processing & delivery).
Delivery within India after dispatch takes 2-7 working days.
Domestic shipping is free on all orders.
International delivery takes around 10 business days after dispatch.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination & weight.
Customs duties and taxes (if any) must be paid by the customer as per local regulations.
A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
Fabric Care
Please dry clean only. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the dry-cleaning process.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Can I change my order after I have placed the order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, we begin processing/production, and changes or cancellations are not possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
No money refunds will be given – instead, you may select another item of equal value.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed.
How can I return an order?
Returns are accepted only if you receive a wrong or damaged product.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@mehakmadan.com.
All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a reliable courier with tracking.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We do not provide exchanges or refunds. A replacement product will be offered in case of wrong or damaged items.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
Every product is carefully checked before dispatch.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please inform us within 7 working days of delivery.
A replacement item will be provided.
Items cannot be returned for reasons of colour, choice, or handwork, as each piece is handcrafted.
How do I know that you received my returned shipment?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
Instead of refunds, a replacement product will be processed as per our policy.
