Pricing, Payment & Currency
Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed via Razorpay. By purchasing from our site, you agree to Razorpay’s Terms & Conditions.
Prices may change without notice. In case of pricing errors:
If the correct price is lower, we will charge the lower amount.
If higher, we may contact you or cancel the order.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs for Indian orders are disclosed upfront. For international orders, duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to external factors such as natural calamities, strikes, or pandemics.
All orders are shipped from our Ahmedabad warehouse. Customs duties, if applicable, must be paid by the customer.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns are accepted only with a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA). Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by an invoice. No returns for color variation, preference changes, or handcrafted inconsistencies.
We do not accept returns for made-to-order items. Refunds apply only to full-priced items and will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days (subject to Razorpay’s processing time).
Order Modifications
We will attempt to accommodate modification requests if received promptly. However, once an order is submitted, changes are not guaranteed.
Sizing & Product Variation
Product fit varies by cut and fabric. Refer to our sizing guide. Our handcrafted items may have slight variations in weave, color, or finish. These are features of artisanal production, not defects.
Color representation may vary by device display. Products should be dry cleaned only.
